HostHatch suspended server and ignores ticket

OP never claimed that it wasn’t.

@enzyme Well, it’s now been over 48 hours since my messages, and guess what? Not a single word from HostHatch
Well, it's been a year; not yet I received my ticket response. As a customer, you may have responded to the ticket lately, and as a provider, they can suspend the server. But after getting a customer response, the host must reply within a short period of time and do the fruitful because the client server is suspended. if you don't want to provide him the services make it clear so that he can migrate to other companies. They behave as if you're a begger, and they are the king. They should stop doing business publicly, stating 24/7 "awesome" human support, which is misleading. I have used lots of providers, and I have never seen such an irresponsible company ever. Even some free web hosting companies do better than them. When are they going to respond? Nobody knows. Stop using them; there are thousands of alternatives. Never take service from a provider who decide whether they're going to response or not based on their ego not situation. You have taken long time to respond their ticket which hurts their ego so they have taken the longer time than you. See how fast they respond in this forum. It's psychological matter.
here i like for you
Thank you for some of the more balanced responses to this thread, the feedback is well received, and we will make sure that we make our abuse process better, and also clarify even more on future promotions about the special terms (i,e slower support) that comes with some of our promotional plans. 48 hours is indeed a long time to wait, but some parts of the year are more busy for us than others.
For example, we have thousands of migrations going on at the moment, with all past Storage VMs being moved from RAID50/60 nodes to the newer RAID10 nodes, with no cost change. This puts an extreme amount of stress on our helpdesk and staff, since it is a manual process, and needs to be carefully double checked so we do not end up removing someone's TBs of data by mistake, and is the primary cause of people receiving slower responses at the moment - but our justification for that is clearly advertised in the special plans threads (and will be made even more clear in any upcoming promotions). As I have said before: faster responses on promotional plans are us underpromising and overdelivering, similar to us advertising a 10 working days ETA and delivering faster. If that suddenly becomes an expectation, then that is a problem of mismanaged expectations, and not something we are failing to deliver on.
People are welcome to believe that "our existence has no value if it takes 7 days to deliver a service" like someone commented earlier, but the majority does seem to find good value in these plans.
The OP was offered a full refund, even for this used 50% of the months, which he has not taken so far. We clearly failed to live up to the OP's expectations, and are ready to provide him a full refund, so they can choose a service at a provider that more closely aligns with what they need, especially since the OP indicated they have no interest in continuing service with us anymore.
I am sad that some people, even now, continue to choose to misrepresent facts, that have already been established long ago (someone commented whether an actual email notification was sent, or the customer totally admitted their mistake and HostHatch is actil evil here....alright). But this is a public forum, and anyone is welcome to share their opinion, but I do make an effort to go through the noise and read the more balanced opinions, so we can make the service better for everyone in the future.
People expect the sky, for the lowest possible price 🤣
Why do you do this? HostHatch admitted their "mistake", they'll basically started off with "we will make sure that we make our abuse process better".
@hosthatch response above was great, thorough and honest. Many of you seem to think that you're defending them but you're not. This isn't their stance.
if you want quality pay more to another provider. you get what you pay for, Hosthatch is a very very budget provider with low prices, judging by watching hosthatch responses on many other threads, they also seem a bit grumpy most of the time. So recommend go to someone that will treat you better this might mean you pay more but worth it IMO. or go with RackNerd lol @dustinc
@hosthatch good for you to promise that you will handle abuse case better
Hosthatch is still a very good provider, bang for buck 100%
yeah their tone might be a little bit not welcoming but at least they are honest for my perspective
nice try
You are definitely one of the more balanced opinions I meant.
wouldn't it save quite a fair bit of effort to allow customers to either:
Have been running 4 production servers with HH for a few years now, all sale servers. Very happy so far. Now need another beefy machine, sadly missed the last sale.
More tickets will be raised if people migrate themselves (data integrity, problems can arise). And some might not find it acceptable that they have to migrate the data their self for something they did not ask for.
let's wait on black friday or christmas, i get my vps on christmas and it's good till now
In this thread, yeah. I haven’t even mentioned you lying about cores even once!
the evening is still young

It sure is buddy

I never ask for support and fast response when I buy vps, In fact, in my whole life never ask support for these kiddy how to stuff, except the vps down from the origin for few days. The fact is you are still not transparent about delivering time and still not admit your mistake, leading to customer disappointment, I saw back then you still let customer order like crazy, meanwhile don't have stock, and still didn't close the promo which cause the oversold and late delivery, there's some sentence called pre-order, most of your items are in PRE-ORDER category. Even better set your items according to your stock, if you have 15 available vps, don't set 1500 available vps for customer to order.
joke, I have seen a lot of provider here offer better than hosthatch, @labze and @ProHosting24 @SolidSeoVPS are example, hosthatch just seems oversold like racknerd these days.
oversold? you got receipt?
or receipt when hosthatch does not do shit when report about cpu steal?
Reguards
i give u
A good deal,but a bad deal.
oversold not just about cpu steal, but vps availability, no vps, what your cpu can steal kiddo.
20,000$ accept crpto
all talk but no evidence
if you paid and they do not deliver within the timeframe then I believe you
but I still see no one complain about that
so what are you talking about?
