The hosting margins are already thin and with Ryzen VPS becoming far more popular, it is always a juggernaut challenge to put competing offers with older generation cpu.

How are we hiding anything? We have no brick mortar office. Remote work. The offer is VDS 1 starting at $5/month. Can you find overcommitted shared VPS for about the same price or even less? Probably here yes, but at CharityHost.org we do not provision more than 1:1 resources per VDS.
Our support will help customers in the good and bad, it's like a marriage. Support varies by host provider greatly out there, most will drop your case super quick saying it's 'out of scope'. We are proud to provide tech support when all others do not.
Please provide basis for your claim and comparison. You are the one who is accusing all other providers lacking.

Community members vetting offers and providers is a big part of why some of us (well, me anyway) use this forum, and your reactions to the (really very standard and expected) scrutiny are a huge red flag, though not the only one.
