i just peeped that you posted a yabs from the hypervisor and not from a VPS, perhaps you didnt know what tradition is on LET. could you post one from a VM to reflect what a customer gets? i appreciate you trying to be more transparent and apologise if my no balls remark came across as antagonistic. you posted a yabs so you clearly do have balls

Yeah ScamHost.com was probably more suited, I will see this turning bad really soon, it all doesn't add up, going to be on this thread like a hawk :p

That's too funny! We are new host been around since last year.

Yeah, but your story is a bit weird, you say youre a charity, still you operating an LLC in Wayoming ? An LLC is not a foundation.

i did ask this in the old thread but going through their website i think the charity part is just their target market (assuming from their 50% off for charity offer) not a business descriptor

Yeah but OP was pretending he did some Charity, so that's were the fishy part begin and offcourse the LLC in Wayoming with 0% corporate income tax :p

We originally wanted to establish as truly a nonprofit 501(c)(3) but it's quite expensive and complicated here in the US. We need 3 or 4 board members willing to work through all of it plus onboarded legal, financial, etc, etc, plus that is thousands of USD to apply and get approved. It's not that simple. Originally wanted to provide free hosting for nonprofits, that is the goal if we can get enough customers to afford it. Do not have infinite budgets and 100's thousands or millions usd to market and bootstrap like some other hosts do. It's good engineering and support, plus best hardware and network we can afford.

    VDS 1 YABS coming soon...

GB6 test will fail unless you add 512mb swap .... minimum 2.2 GB memory is needed for GB6 test

Alternate option is to run GB5 test.

Here is one example of a GB5 test for a VPS with 950mb memory

Just signed up — why is there a NordVPN ad in the control panel?

Edit: Well, it’s been “recommended” for me… how could I lose?

Well, that's in case you want a NordVPN, we resell that. But it's NOT VPN a on your server to be clear.

Ah, I don’t think it should be shown right below a user’s product details. It’s extremely confusing + reads like an advertisement.

    Network is awesome.

GB6 is hanging in the cue, that's upstream issue waiting in line. Will post it when it finishes running,

GB6 test will fail unless you add 512mb swap .... minimum 2.2 GB memory is needed for GB6 test

Alternate option is to run GB5 test.

Yes please add swap, here is a nice tutorial:

Ah ok. Thanks for the feedback, but we do get decent pricing on it.

Yea that's interesting isn't it? Not going to lie, dunno why that is... It's straight out of YABS as posted. Could be the lack of swap on the vm, I've seen swap slow down linux before now that I think about it. And that makes since swap is on disk, not chip.

  • just as a final presales question you dont impose any limits on bandwidth… at all?

They weren’t taken in the exact same time. Random difference outweighs virtualization overhead

@CharityHost_org watch out with this, it's a tricky one that you can regret later.
