i think this new openness about bans is great. especially when longtime members get banned it is very helpful to get some information about the background of the ban.

We make purchases from Core4 frequently and everything works as expected. They can be trusted.

Last October in 2023, I asked if I could have a refund to repay my invoice through a different credit card. Biloh approved, but the ticket at LEB was randomly closed twice over a 1-2 month period. I ended up not proceeding with it, but maybe it’s similar to this situation.

Regarding this banning drama with Nathan, I don't know anything more than what Nathan said in that screenshot. He was not using LET and wanted to cancel the patron provider tag subscription and there was some miscommunication/misunderstanding on that, I'm sure it will all get sorted out
