@NathanCore4 as a courtesy I unbanned you so you can reply.

I looked into this more and found the following:

    1. As of this morning you still have an active subscription at paypal for your patron tag. I just canceled that for you a few minutes ago.
    2. You did not, from what I can see, request a service cancellation via WHMCS.
    3. You submitted a ticket requesting cancellation of the patron tag and the ticket was replied to within 24 hours.
    4. There does appear that you sent a separate email, with a different subject, that WHMCS did not get piped into the system
    5. At no time were you ignored, even the day before you sent us a note that you filed a chargeback you were replied to.
    6. All the while, you've been an active user of LET
    7. So, in summary, you never canceled your paypal subscription or your service via whmcs, we assumed you were still using the tag, never ignored you, and to the degree that despite all of this you intended not to use the tag we will work with you because we always want happy outcomes for everyone.

LEB/LET has zero interest in taking money from someone who does not want to be on the platform, benefitting from the platform, etc.

Nathan - in a decade on the LEB/LET platform we have never had a chargeback. You win the prize of being first and only.

    vs.

A week before the renewal due date, I created a support ticket with LET asking for my provider tag subscription to be cancelled since I was not using the forum enough to justify the $100 renewal (especially when LES is free and works great). They responded that my subscription would be cancelled.

So do we have jbiloh PR talk or NathanCore4 can't into English and that ticket never confirmed that subscription will be cancelled?

So you didn't offer $40 credit?

'You submitted a ticket requesting cancellation of the patron tag and the ticket was replied to within 24 hours'

But according to you because the WHCMS / PayPal subscription wasn't cancelled, it wasn't.

How is someone supposed to cancel their services with you then as most would assume a courteous message would be enough?

This confusion has been solved today. Thanks to @NathanCore4 and @LukeRhino for helping to get it all settled. :)
