    Maybe, but it would be strange that it is causing the issue now after all this time. Each server run with multiple IPs and it hasn't already been the main IP of the server that has registered at the vendor(s).

    This issue is caused by a Jetbackup update and the technical team is looking into it. I'll also see about moving the license to the main IP for easier lookup.

  • Not sure if only my node but in NA Directadmin the database crashes at least 2 times a day lol. Not a big issue, it lasts for 15 minutes at most, but just a heads up since it doesn't even show the downtime in the status page.

    that was the same reason I migrated from NJ (north america). My sites were giving 503 not found error frequently and the status page was showing no downtime for this node. Its inteserver - so poor performance is integrated. You can try DE (its Hetzner) location their server is better. Avoid SG (contabo).

    It is being looked into. It is a weird case as this only affects a select few domains it seems. I have multiple monitors running for my own domains as well as random domains hosted on the server and none of them seems affected.

    It is not the MySQL service that is crashing and it is not leaving any errors. But I am consulting with people wiser than me.

    It is still being looked into and hope to have a answer or solution to this within 24 hours. Again, it seems to only be very few sites affected by this. I have 3 website monitors on this node and none report this issue (3x Wordpress with different

    configurations to test for various failures). Of hundreds of clients, I am only aware of two that face the issue, not ruling out that more are affected but no reports of it.

    Can you send me a ticket number if any? It seems like the last few cases on this is caused by DNS issues.

    I think you should look into different providers, more expensive one, the one with SLA if you are panicking over 2h no response, on Saturday.

    People sleep, have personal life too.
