What is this "fruit and vegetable bank statement" I am seeing in different posts?
Yeah keep dreaming, do you have any idea how banking system works?
I never said that. I said that he shouldn't send anything. That's not his responsibility. Calin is the one who moved money between his accounts and can prove that he earned this money legitimately.
Exactly. So why he is even remotely allowed to be on this forum is stupid. @Mods really should kick him out, permanently. Others have been kicked for way less in here, but the romanian kid have some sort of protective shield around him i guess.
Yep. Why would you even need to provide an invoice when you buy something lol. A bank statement will prove nothing in this case. I still don't understand what the bank statement would proof with so many crypto wallets in between in this transaction.
This won't solve anything, what mods, admins can do is to give Calin a timeframe to solve this. As far as i read this thread, Calin is willing to solve this in coming week...
I give up. Keep living in your black and white world.
This should never be a problem. It is not the first time he does this. He promotes DMCA ignored (illegal) hosting, supporting alot of illegal stuff, his services is constantly having issues, and he isnt even remotely able to deliver what he is selling.
Get him out of here.
One way or the other they are both in deep shit now. Calin just because he tried a stunt and is in the EU and GOSSD because... well he took money and will not deliver.
As per DMCA etc, if the mods should start banning such providers, i believe there are many of them so...
On top of all of this, Calin himself is on a mountain trip right now having a good time instead of trying to solve this. He is posting stuff in his own discord about it aswell. Looks like he is making alot of effort to solve this $20k scam, yes?
Maybe he will who knows...
To be fair, he can't do much on Sunday when banks are closed.
Being apologetic for free is not wise.
As i said multible times here - He should refund in the same currency he got paid + interest, or deliver the services he sold. It should not be the buyers problem that calin wants to avoid taxes and gets money "frozen". Have we even seen proof of this btw?
He should scramble to get the funds he need to refund his customer, not be on a field trip.
Who gets banned first? Calin or GoSSDHosting?
The only scammer here is Calin. What happends to the funds after they are transferred to calin, is not GoSSD problem. He paid, and should get services he paid for, end of story.
@jbiloh can you step in? @Calin recieved the crypto (agreed payment) and failed to provide the service, scamming his customer @GoSSDHosting.
A leopard can’t change its spots, this wasn’t the first time and won’t be the last we’ve seen magical crypto disappear with @Calin
regards
I 100% agree. What happends to the funds after it is recieved by calin is not GoSSDs problem.
@Calin, do you know what is the whole point of crypto ? When you transferred to bank, you invited trouble yourself, you are responsible here for not handling things properly.
You were provided with boat and you wanted to handle it like a car. Obviously it will not work.
Ideally, you should have kept crypto in crypto format, thats the whole point here. And then should have provisioned server while could have used crypto gradually at crypto friendly places without converting to FIAT or atleast converted it in parts.
It is 100% your mishandling and for @GoSSDHosting, you should have properly assessed into capability of this guy in handling that much amount of crypto, thats your fault.
Can someone summarize the current situation and the best things so far on this thread? @yoursunny @emgh anyone?
@Calin recieved the crypto (agreed payment) and failed to provide the service, scamming his customer @GoSSDHosting.
We quite literally have felons here who have been convicted of stealing well in excess of ten times this amount. Not only are they welcome, they are applauded and featured.
Give the man his tag back.
-Calin took the money
-Customer didnt get services
-Calin blames the bank for freezing the funds after he tried to convert the crypto to $$
-Customer sits without money or services, since calin dont care and is a field trip in the mountains
There is a thin line when it comes to DMCA. There is DMCA resistant (false reports from competition) / free speech and there is DMCA ignore (illegal stuff). One should not justify banning the other, however, hosts should understand the difference.
Actually i cited DMCA things, as based on many of them here ignore as per their words. I am not for any bann nor do i really care about what or how they run their business.
GoSSD is the middle man.
The original customer on behalf of whom goSSD with an intention to take his cut is sitting with nothing.
Since goSSD is the one who was paid by the original buyer and calin is never a party to this transaction; in this aspect, GoSSD has a bigger role to fil morally and legally to the original owner (using the same logic as above).
Yet, there is no proof about him not refunding his customer, there is no complaints from his customer or anything. I bet GoSSD have his situation under control. That doesnt change the fact that Calin scammed goSSD, and is spending time on a field-trip instead of gathering the funds he need to perform the refund, or deploy the services he got paid for.
It is not the first time Calin pulls such a scam. Last time he got VERY lucky when crunchyboy took over the debt and delivered the services for him.
Since gossd can do jack shit, original money owner will go after calin. Plot twist would be if original money owner reside in romania…
