i think it because some of them are hate US and Israel, im not being a rude or judging, the truth is many of them are hate israel and United states. if the TS are from there, then we know why it happens about "For Internal Reasons" means. it was the @maverick means. but the TS arent from russian or israel and the contabo are doing wrong if they block US Customers. so the conclusion is they block new order to prevent the user create vps with Centos 7 OS.

If you read the Contabo TS answer carefully, you will see that it is not about CentOS 7 at all, they could have told me that we no longer support CentOS 7 and you can buy a VPS with any other OS system such as AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux which actually replaced CentOS. But their answer is different and they do not explain the reason to an old customer who has had a VPS with them for a long time (over 6 years). What I want is for all of you to see how Contabo works, especially with old customers, their behavior is not fair and if it's their internal policy, then I don't know what else to say.
I really can't understand you, how many times have I told you that I don't come from a country where there is currently a war going on, like for example Russia, Ukraine, Israel, Palestine, Syria, etc... I have been paying for VPS with them for 84 months, I put a print screen on the first page.
They terminated all Russian clients, who had addresses in RU.
They also marked other related customers as suspicious. Your name / last name/origin probably has relations to RU. Or person with the same name appears in the SDN list.
They couldn't connect you directly to RU, so marked as susp. And did it by mistake, maybe.
What is your country of residence?

I don't know if you know how many years are 84 months. A customer who buys you something for 84 months, on time and everything in order. At this moment, I still own my
Contabo VPS and the only thing they give me is to make a VPS upgrade but they don't want me to buy a new one (better than the one I have and cheaper than the one I have).

Have slightly same case but its less than year, they didn't let me renew / buy new service(s) for "internal issue" even I could provide any PII or proof requirement. Basically now I got banned for nothing of "internal issue"
And yes I sure not from their "danger" country list and even VPS only use for cold storage with almost 0.01 load average and only 1 ticket raise (issue for migrate node)
If you looking same server around EU with little bit steeping price, I could recommended alwyzon (not trully center EU) have Centos 7 which I checked lately.

Honestly, this all fits my “bias” against Contabo.
Check out Hetzner Cloud, it's definitely a better choice.

We still do not know any details about location of TS or / and the origin. It is very hard to suggest anything without these details.
But I agree, Contabo is a trash company and should be investigated by German police.
They have the right to say no. In case they do, leave quietly. By caring and trying to understand you giving them a second chance, they don't want it, neither do you.
You are right, they have the right to say no, but every now and then they send offers (spam) regarding their new offers to my email.
On the other hand, it would be nice to explain why not.
I think that their TS is just implementing the internal policy that Contabo has, I believe that I am not the only one with this case, but the others not writing about this like I do.
I think it is irrelevant whether their TS works remotely from another country or that same TS sits in the office in Munich while answering support questions.
What he/she is simply doing is implementing the policy that someone told him/her.

hetzner will nuke you for suspicious KYC. theres a reason so many people use hetzner resellers

In my case KYC is not a problem because I gave the right information (I always do that) and the same information matches with my PayPal account.
EDIT:
If it's about KYC, then they should say so, but since that's not the case, they don't say anything about KYC.

No, this is not a flaw in the software and not the laziness of the programmers to correct such a case.

FYI, contabo is the only company in Germany (*I found so far) that allows spam. They do not comply with EU / German laws. Probably due to poor management.
But yes, this way can unsubscribe at least from their own emails (not from their spam operators clients).
It is amazing that Contabo blocked this person ^ with one vps, for "internal" reasons, but they allow spam operators from Spamhaus's top 20 list of most dangerous in the world.
I can see that @ailice had a very similar case with Contabo.
