Hello , I'm searching for good Frankfurt Providers with good peering to Syria or lebanon , is there any ?
I've tried GTHOST which turned bad for unknow reasons , Ultrahost is quite good but not the best , vultr same , justhost and a lot other but those the most known one , so anyone can help please?
The important thing it has good traffic more than 5tb and 1gb speed or more

Hello , we are not from Germany , we are from Romania , possible check ping with us?
Ping IP: 89.213.174.1
We have premium peer with NTT , GTT and Telia
gthost has really low quality bandwidth in general. Maybe something like Avoro or @v3ng would work? they both have pretty good mixes.
Romanian schools don't teach geography?
They do. But you must first attend classes.
>
our upstream have a big backbone in Frankfurt , with directly a cross-connect , ping from Bucharest to Frankfurt it's maximum 8-10 MS , but due to lot of peers maybe helped him...
@Calin
sorry but it seems that your servers don't suit me , ping +110 , while in most cases I get 80-90 , sometimes 75-80
Could you please share scrIP and dstIP BUCH-FRA that have maximum 10ms ping between 'em?
>
You know how work a Cross-connect with a localhost configuration
) ????You make this type of configurations in you life?
Cloudvider is good!
https://www.clouvider.com/frankfurt-equinix-fr6-equinix-datacenter/
You know how light works in F.O.? You know that from Timisoara to Bucharest in LAN you have around 5-9ms? You know that TM-BUC is ~ 550 km?
How could you have 10ms from BUCH to FRA where you have around 1800 km? Almost 3x distance.
that's just geographically impossible dude, what are you even saying.
Hereby he confirmed that, besides geography, he also missed math classes.
What is that site in the first screenshot?
>
check-host.net on 2nd screenshot , on the first i'm don t thing exactly
ping.sx
For god sake we are not here to make this argument XD
just a ping test , MTR and everything will be clear
its time for popcorn
Back to the topic, @Clouvider FRA's network is hella good, give it a try.
https://as62240.net/ (scroll for test IPs)
@AlbaHost also has Frankfurt, IMO very good as well, give it a try too:
https://advanced.albahost.net/ (looking glass)
@kamelkaher can I ask what the use case is?
Does it have to be Frankfurt? Because for LB, France and/or Italy would be a better choice.
@zGato
I tried it before , looks like not the best routes to here , it gives suddenly ping jumps , from stable 80 , 90 to 110 ,120 , and it happens a lot
@tjn
VPN server , OPENVPN specifically , for Riot games like lol and Valorant , and other games that is banned in Syria
I typed for Lebanon cuz maybe someone will know for Lebanon and it could be good for Syria too
What about @AlbaHost ?
You could also check with a random IP from your ISP provided subnet that allows ICMP reply, even your own (which unless it's a big prefix like /16 it's probably within your city) with https://check-host.net & https://ping.sx

This is for a random IP I found in Damascus, SY
So your best bet is probably France/Italy or even Austria/Switzerland. Or even The Netherlands perhaps, it's difficult to decide on our end, and much easier from yours.
Let me know if I can be of help for anything, internet censorship is honestly disgusting.
Checked it from here:
PING 5.134.255.21 (5.134.255.21) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 5.134.255.21: icmp_seq=1 ttl=46 time=58.1 ms
64 bytes from 5.134.255.21: icmp_seq=2 ttl=46 time=57.8 ms
64 bytes from 5.134.255.21: icmp_seq=3 ttl=46 time=57.7 ms
64 bytes from 5.134.255.21: icmp_seq=4 ttl=46 time=57.9 ms
Routing is via GTT.
I thought the ping to Syria would be worse but it's actually not bad.
188.139.166.63 can you try this one please , I think from my side there is a problem
ICMP reply is blocked on that whole /20 block, also in other /20 "mobile" blocks from your ISP, you probably need to do tests yourself unfortunately. Or maybe if you tracert a random IP and have a public hop that's like 1ms away from you, you could give us that.
Last hop which reply to ICMP:
PING 185.2.96.106 (185.2.96.106) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from 185.2.96.106: icmp_seq=1 ttl=245 time=56.9 ms
64 bytes from 185.2.96.106: icmp_seq=2 ttl=245 time=57.1 ms
64 bytes from 185.2.96.106: icmp_seq=3 ttl=245 time=57.1 ms
64 bytes from 185.2.96.106: icmp_seq=4 ttl=245 time=57.3 ms
That's in Cyprus, but could probably be helpful.
