I've noticed you guys have been using TATA for EU traffic

We are multihomed with TATA, NTT and Cogent. Any of those carriers could be chosen for any routes.

    Did you have a question?

TATA seems to be doing better than Cogent. Any plans to add on more carriers? maybe HE?

We already have peering with HE.net and don't plan to add them as a transit carrier at this time. If you have any specific routes that are performing sub-par, please feel free to send a private message.

@1gservers, thank you for the explanation, that is really helpful.

Checking this I see that it is solved already, I'm back to 160ms.

No AS from down under anymore that crazily route from Ninja-IX to Brazil via Tokyo on that route.

Checking today I see NTT now (routing via Dallas, where they handshake w/ a T2 that routes via Miami) - much much better.

@OhJohn Glad to hear that the routing has improved for you

Not sure if intentional or accidental but I'm glad you got rid of cogent from your asia routes. It's much better now and performs as good as my LA servers.

We did add NTT in November 2023. Since they are well known for Asia friendly routes, we have continually been shifting routes over to them this year as we optimize our network.

This is exactly why I am moved to 1gservers.
    Keep up the great work!

  • Is it friendly to Chinese lines? Can the default IP be added?

  • is it true dedicated 1gbps per server ?

We do have NTT in our network, however we would recommend that you review our routing on this page: https://1gservers.com/network.html

Correct. We do not limit speeds. More information about our network is at https://1gservers.com/network.html
