Hello, has my server been upgraded to 1gbps unmetered traffic? Where can I see it?
I need dual E5CPU,32 core memory 32G, hard disk 240G can be customized?
The service plan page should indicate that the upgrade option for the bandwidth is set to 1gbps unmetered, but with a price of $0. If you don't see that, I would recommend that you open a ticket with our Billing dept. by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

Not sure if intentional or accidental but I'm glad you got rid of cogent from your asia routes. It's much better now and performs as good as my LA servers.
It looks like we are assisting you with your bandwidth upgrade in ticket 74478.
We did add NTT in November 2023. Since they are well known for Asia friendly routes, we have continually been shifting routes over to them this year as we optimize our network.
Who is in charge between two ASN if one direction uses a transit (ASN A to B ) while the opposite direction (ASN B to A) uses peering via a third party? Is A or B the problem in the opposite direction (B to A)?
mtr from A (in Brazil) to B (in Phoenix) needs ~260 ms (instead of ~160ms) as the back direction from B (in Phoenix) to A (in Brazil) uses a different route with peering in Phoenix that uses a route via Tokyo (sic!) to Brazil and by that increases the latency by >100ms.
Typically, each ASN has direct control over the outbound direction, but only in so far as who the next hop ASN is. Therefore, all outbound routes should be analyzed for the best performant pathway. Please bear in mind that shortest latency does not always mean it is the best performing pathway.
If this behavior is observed with 1GServers in the pathway, please feel free to send a direct message to me for review.
I've noticed you guys have been using TATA for EU traffic
We are multihomed with TATA, NTT and Cogent. Any of those carriers could be chosen for any routes.
