1. Change in delivery time (Section 2.1 Delivery)
- The maximum delivery time for our services has been extended from 7 to 14 days. For dedicated servers, the delivery time may extend up to 4 weeks due to additional configuration and setup requirements.
2. Addition of new payment methods (Section 6.1 Payment Methods)
- In addition to the already accepted payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer and credit card via Stripe), we now also accept cryptocurrency payments.
3. Addition of section 8.3 - Server Performance.
- In case of server slowdowns, you can request 1-10 additional days of service. These requests will be evaluated by our staff according to the slowdowns detected on the nodes or servers.
4. Refund Policy Update (Section 11, Point 11.6 - Refund Request Criteria).
- Refunds may only be requested in the event of disruptions that result in a drop in performance of more than 30% compared to normal levels or problems with the anti-DDoS service. EvosHosting is committed to resolving such problems within 7 working days. However, if the problem is resolved within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.
