yabs is very bad
Uptime : 4 days, 20 hours, 3 minutes
Processor : Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2699A v4 @ 2.40GHz
CPU cores : 8 @ 2397.222 MHz

Multi Core | 814
their support says i should change my node5 cpu to performance mode
so they basically said “we sold u garbage and will gaslight you so we are covered by our unenforceable ToS”
By EU law you are required to do so, and since you > @EvosHosting said:
You cannot do this
I'am Wait
Going to see what legal options I have considering I don't like being scammed and lied to by a company that's located in Italy.
How did he scam you ?
At this point, if people are still ordering with them, they just have lots of spare money to throw away
When updating tos the email arrives to all customers registered in the customer area
Always node 5,
for improve performance open a ticket and request migration to node 11
@EvosHosting if im a paying customer and i dont accept your new TOS, what happens?
they dont care!
just letting you know that @EvosHosting refunded me BECAUSE i claimed i got the wrong cpu. Got an 5950x instead of the 7950x3d. Its a valid legal reason for requesting a refund, atleast in the EU
is @EvosHosting still a provider here on let?
No, @DP took there tag for the moment.
@DP afaik selling products is not allowed without a provider tag, you can only give support for existing customers. Am i correct?
The offers which were made when they had the tag should continue in my opinion. Haven't seen the exact violation in the provider guideline.
Without a patron provider tag they are unable to post new threads in the offers category (relevant rules).
Without a host rep tag they shouldn't be able to reply to threads in the requests category (relevant rules).
If you've seen them breaking those rules then I'd recommend flagging the post(s) so the admins can review them and make a judgement.
but new users cannot recognize this.
The TOS come into force for all customers, those who do not want to accept the new TOS can cancel the service
Read tos And website
this is still open
