I won't comment further because this topic doesn't pertain to us, but give your clients who gave you the opportunity the real service that they offer. If they go bankrupt by losing instead of winning, that's how you win or lose, but leave the subject of lies to your clients.
No client is going to pay you for a service now so that you can activate it in a month or two because of the disks/servers tours, or the delivery providers have you running around in circles. Just assume it and that's it.
