These guys are scammers, I paid for a server at 2 AM my time and told him specifically a few hours ago before that that I wanted to get a server again (yes this was my second time paying for a server) that i wanted the same exact specifications as my previous server, which he said agreed to.
Then I went to pay and realized the server did not meet the specifications, it had a 5950x instead of a 7950x3d which he said it would have to me. I asked him to migrate my server ASAP which he agreed to do within 1 hour of that message, he then after 1 hour said he'd have to wait until tomorrow cause of network issues.

I asked him about ~2 hours later for a refund instead since the server he delivered me is not what we agreed upon.

When I woke up he says he won't refund and gave me the server i wanted, this is not how deals should be done and this is a very scamming move by them.

They banned me from their discord support server too now and closed the ticket to prevent me from gathering more proof/pictures
For anyone that wants to buy from them in the future, keep in mind they scam you, they charge your credit card like 2x the amount for some reason, i've been spammed with charge attempts today 4x for 30 euro each which i never signed up for.
They also appear to be re-sellers from tube-hosting.
If I can post pictures, i will do so to prove my claims.
Everything you wrote in your message is wrong. Our VPS are equipped with either a 5950x or a 7950x3d CPU. You complained, and Davide offered you the option to migrate the VPS as soon as the new node was ready. You cannot request a refund because your VPS does not have a 7950x3d CPU. You claimed that we tried to charge your card multiple times. Here are all the attempts we made (see the attached screenshot)—just once. Everything you said is false. Good day 🙂

Yeah I feel bad for falling such thing, i hope they get shutdown. If anyone has any legitimate company info from them and if they're registered, i'll fill a police claim as well since italy is part of europe.

no problem file a complaint with the police in your country for the reason "they told me a vps with cpu 5950x instead of 7950x3d but it was written on the tos and on the site that the choice is random but it's not good for me" let me know if they take the complaint😂
no you wrote this scam hosting do you want a screen? those payments are automatic by lineage if you have unpaid invoices in the screen you have to all those associated with your card if you see double adebetit contact evos or Stripe support

I didn't have any unpaid invoices, i did not buy multiple servers, stop with the weird bullshit excuses you're making up.
You also re-sell your servers from Tube-hosting and you cap your nodes at 100% resulting in people getting very bad performance servers, yeah you shouldn't scam people.

Im not opening anything on your site, i want a refund. My refund reason is valid, you did not give me the server when i bought that i wanted, instead you said give me 1 hour, which i then also waited and then you said you'd need to wait until the morning and i asked for a refund ~2 hours later cause i did no longer want your server.
then you wake up and refuse to give me a refund cause you "migrated" which you did actually not even do you said until i asked why i didn't get a refund.
you can ask for a refund if the vps turns off, doesn't work, etc. there are no problems of any kind
