maybe the latest/last offer was a chance for them to salvage biz but too little people catch the falling knives
That's strange, the offer they gave me is $8.89 and with VAT (mandatory, even though I live outside the EU) equal to $10.58
What's the problem here then @Hosteroid ?
Different offers for the same cause or just a mistake?
That's why I signed up at Evoshosting
Didnt you get answer in ticket mentioning something like:"Once order has been placed we will edit your invoice and once its paid we will upgrade your resources." ?
LOOL me too!
I'll adopt “this practice” too, thank you LET community you are the best!
hahahah
Now I'm reading the ticket replies more carefully, that I really understand what you mean.
Thank you for your support and sorry for my inconvenience.
My @Hosteroid VPS review - posted Dec 2023

Do you still have this server with them or any services with them?
Yes, I do.

Cool. Looks like a solid provider, especially considering the price to performance ratio I got. I hope it stays the same in the long run.
Strange I got the same
I dont know about others but i was a customer of $1 per month in Justvm. Is there 1-2 vps available in your site? I need it monthly. Not yearly. Thanks in advance. ❤️🙏
Not sure about Hosteroid but there reason many providers don't do this is because many payment portals take 1/3rd of the money in transaction fees.. so you end up paying $12/yr, the provider gets $9/yr and eventually deadpools.
Sorry, this is much better: JustVM > JustVanished
Now that I think about what you said, it totally makes sense if i don't get a monthly plan. So i should ask for 3 months at least or to ask their personal wallet. Thanks for the clarification bro. Highly Appreciated
Happy to help anyone left in the dark because of JustVM, We got this deal on at the moment.
For a limited time, you can get our 4GB Budget VPS plan for just $42.50 per year using the promo code 'Cloudpacket' at checkout Here
We have additional plans here ($1/GB) https://billing.shifthosting.com/store/budget-cloud
If anyone need any advice, or need a custom plan you can create ticket on-site our on our discord.
That's not how math works.
cpu vCore is weak
I don't sell hosting, but typically the merchant pays transaction fees associated with processing payments online... which are usually around 2.9% with a $0.30 fixed charge for credit card payments, unless they're doing micro transactions. so, on average for a dollar paid, the fees associated would ~$0.33, in which case the provider gets ~$0.67.
But you're right, that's be more like $8/yr for the provider.
I opened a ticket to try and do a custom plan but got a reply saying that the $42.50 was firm and couldn't do anything else.
Yep unfortunately $4/m or $42.50/year for our 4GB plan is the best we can do, sorry I didn’t make this clear in the above post.
Sometimes I am amazed to see such low-end offers and makes me wonder how they are running the business. Anyways good gesture to allow time for backups. I still remember I suffered the same from @DediPath a year ago with only a few days to back up the whole data. It was truly a nightmare.

Do not fall for “too good to be sustainable” offer.
Who defines what sustainable is? Sometimes companies have spare capacity just sitting idle so putting customers on it even for a normal loss might make sense for them to be getting something for it.
Mistake
🤣🤣
you're JUST wrong.
