First off I have already said I will work with you to resolve this issue. I will review the tickets you mentioned.
Also please stop the lies. First off none of the servers we used are 100 percent month. Some are 3-5 times that each and in LA we own the hardware, that's thousands of dollars and we didn't make 18k.
@hostthebest Here are the screenshots of my tickets that have been pending since May, and you have not been able to provide a VPS since May. Please stop scamming people, and I will make sure that wherever in the whole internet on website hosting forums you start your offers, I will come and let people know that you are a scammer. And so, do not worry, I will not charge back my $18 because I will let people know your modus operandi.

It seems that your either behind or not reading the tickets. Each of these were responded to over a day ago based on the timestamp as I said I would in the prior post. I understand why there is frustration and it is completely our responsibility to ensure that you are happy with the service you pay for and remain our priority throughout that process.
Your service was also recreated and sent to you via email.
For all impacted we will add additional time to your services for the time in which you were impacted. This is going to be manual at first until it can be automated.
@hostthebest Finally, after 3 months you read the tickets and after posting here on LowEndTalk, you have sent me my VPS details. I hope it will run for the full 1 year as per the package I purchased.

I've also had a ticket open for months with no reply since my VM has been down. I've asked for another VM (could be NYC where there were not issues) or a refund and heard nothing.
Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like @hostthebest is answering tickets for people who don't make noise here.

We have been provisioning services each day for those affected. The customers you are quoting have just not come back to confirm. You can confirm with the person you quoted as an example. In the same breath, I am happy to work with you if you have had an issue with our services. However please refrain from showing your incompetence by posting things like this. There is a lot of experience and competence at play despite the situation and unfortunate events that have given you the motivation to post in this thread.
YMMV, of course, but I have a vps with hostthebest.com, and it's been working fine for months. I don't want to get caught in the crossfire and don't need a bunch of "but it doesn't work for me" responses, so again YMMV, but it does work fine for some people.

On their website they explain, that they were kicked out of the previous DC because of too many abuse reports. Who knows, maybe thats the reason for all this beef here.

I can attest that I have been checking the status of my open tickets every day, and there has been absolutely no traction whatsoever. This in spite of DMs, public posts, and an "online chat" on your site that appears to be broken. If you really cared about clients, then you should keep your mouth shut and resolve all the outstanding issues, no ifs, buts or whats.
There is better free hosting provider and free subdomain from freeddns out there, that offer reasonable space & service to try, yet you still choose epizy?

You reached out via livechat about this issue and I mentioned moving your service to Utah and were given an ETA. Why are you posting here as if you did not receive any response or information? There are some tickets that we are behind on admittedly but you received a response with an eta.
What is the order number? Anything in Utah has automatic provisioning on.

This was just a quick solution for this topic with the possible minimum of effort.
When I find the time, to work over the list (what I will have to do, as prices and providers need to be updated), I may change the hosting company too.
But this is really offtopic here and not the right environment to discuss this…

As allready has been said, it seems to work for some of us.
for anyone who wants to use this provider, I suggest switching to another provider
Our service has been unusable for months due to repairs, but until now there has been no response at all

You say that you gave an ETA, but I could not find any reference to it in our chat. I asked for the ETA to be added to the body of ticket #705879 but you did not do so. You replied to my ticket with the words, "We will address this today." You wrote this on October 3rd, and yet the issue has not been resolved yet.

The above message was sent October 9. I gave hostthebest three full days to get my service back up, and yet it is still down.
@hostthebest - Please provide an update for ticket #705879. Despite repeated promises, you have not made my service available again. Give an ETA and attach it to the ticket. It's been three weeks since I raised the original ticket.
