  • EvosHosting Team Announcement

    Over the past two months, we have experienced a significant and unexpected increase in customers, which has been challenging to manage. Due to the high volume of orders, all our nodes quickly filled up. We immediately worked to prepare new nodes, but we weren't fast enough, resulting in a general slowdown across all VPS.

    We have been working to resolve the situation as quickly as possible by activating the new nodes. As of August 19, 2024, the only node still experiencing slowdowns is node 5, which we expect to resolve within this week.

    Additionally, we are facing delays with the courier delivering packages to our data center. We are aware of the issue and are updating the contract with a new courier. The storage VPS are delayed for the same reason, but we are acquiring additional HDDs from Italy, which should arrive in the warehouse this week. We expect to activate 60% of the orders by the end of the week. To compensate for the delay, customers will receive 40 days of service instead of 30.

    We are also enhancing our team to ensure quicker and clearer responses to customers. Due to the rising cost of components, we have increased the price of Ryzen servers by €1.99. Current customers will not see any price changes.

    By the end of this week, we will be launching STORAGE VPS with HDD and NVMe SSDs, which will be available once all previously ordered storage VPS are delivered. Additionally, within 1-2 weeks, new servers with updated CPUs and configurations will be available, including servers with only SATA SSDs, ideal for storage solutions.

    The EvosHosting team, particularly Edoardo and Davide, sincerely apologizes for the delays, issues, and inconveniences caused, and we guarantee a quick, effective, and long-lasting resolution.

    I would like to know how evos is able to afford more nodes and keep it with these prices by offering a lot of storage and ddr5 vpses, it feels very shady how they can afford all this

    Currently, we are managing to keep these prices low, but in the future we may have to increase them. EvosHosting is committed to excellent services at the lowest possible price. If we were really involved in illegal activities, such as money laundering, as some have implied, we would have already closed the company and made a lot of money illegally.

    Edward founded the company not for profit, which of course is necessary to make a living, but primarily to fulfill a passion he has always had. Our goal is to continue to offer quality services at an affordable price for everyone.

    Everything is so funny especially because the CEO joined one of our groups accusing us of reselling and when we gave him hardware & datacenter photos he said (translated) "I can also ask for photos to whom I resell servers if I resell"

    I also want to add that I think these guys don't have much experience with networks and how a datacenter works from the statements they made on my Telegram group, he asked us where our servers are located and we answered (Seeweb Milan), then he said that this can't be true beause he don't see "Seeweb" in our upstreams..

    I apologise for my ignorance, as per your VAT number search on the official database for Chambers of Commerce here in Italy, how come there is no ATECO code to operate as a Hosting Provider?
