    from 10:00 in the morning to 05:00 at night.
    the changes will not be seen in 2 days but in about 1 week,
    they are preparing new nodes and making a contract with ups to speed up the time.

    Yesterday you told us problems will be fixed today, now you are saying in about one week,.... so many times you extended or made up completely random numbers

    One ticket was opened by me cause of the low performance of the cpu. Edoardo replied with a benchmark of the ssd and told me everything is fine. Many people could add so many things to this list. Its absolutely insane how you run a business

    the node works is just load for the delay in the new node,
    we already activated 1 node on Saturday night,
    we are sticking another one to migrate the last vps and then stabilize the performance

    we already activated 1 node on Saturday night,
    we are sticking another one to migrate the last vps and then stabilize the performance

    Why you wont refund me? One less customer and performance for all other customers on the same node would increase slightly and stabilize the server

    You told us Edoardo is responsible for the refund department. In the ticket he told me that the european right of withdrawal is excluded in your TOS. Law cant be excluded. Every ticket, every post, every mail, .... different answers.

    One ticket was opened by me cause of the low performance of the cpu. Edoardo replied with a benchmark of the ssd and told me everything is fine. Many people could add so many things to this list. Its absolutely insane how you run a business
