davide and edoardo are working shifts of almost 20 hours,
from 10:00 in the morning to 05:00 at night.
the changes will not be seen in 2 days but in about 1 week,
they are preparing new nodes and making a contract with ups to speed up the time.
If we count out of 15 on-time shipments 8 will have arrived on time
1 week? ive been part of this circus for over a month so i can confidently say this circus isnt getting fixed in a week

the dhl shipment was not generated by us but by the hdd sellers,
that shipment is not premium but standard which takes 1-2 weeks
then why do you time and time again say oh someone else was handling that ticket not me pls go wait until -they- respond or ask for the persons ticket to -check- what the “other” person said?

due to the delay of his server we left him the hdds free of charge is provissory
