I did. First you asked me for ssh access (password not ssh key). Now you keep answering my ticket with geekbench tests showing only the disk speeds. Im not sure if dumb or you wanna troll me.

Today I thought the whole thing was a joke.
    12-day vps.
In 12 days there was a slowdown for 4-5 days, 1 day of network outage.
and you should pay, but there is time until the 2nd of September.:::
    isn't the bill early?

This is a notification that an invoice was generated on Monday, August 19th, 2024.

Your payment method is: Bank Transfer

Invoice No. 995 Amount Due: €9.80 EUR Due Date: Monday, September 2nd, 2024

    Why whats wrong?

I come sometimes to this thead to read and I feel that some of you make drama for nothing here. Makes me shake my head sometimes.

Just to say. We do same. Invoice is generated 2 weeks before due date. And is due on due date. In fact most providers do this 7-14 days before due date. Its market standard.

Or whats the hint? The downtime? Then you Need to Open Ticket with them
There something i dont get in your post.

You ordered 2. August and got the server 2nd august, right?
So then now is 19. August. In 2 weeks its 2nd September. So if the provider generates the invoice 2 weeks before due date then its today.

Of course doesnt mean that its due today but in 2 weeks. You dont have to pay it until 2. september anyway.

    Market standard 7-14 days.

I guess im one of the people making "drama" here but i feel trolled. If provider migrates you to another node cause of the cpu problems and you get another cpu as advertised and as in the beginning and they tell you that they cant do anything until you give them root access to your server to check the low cpu performance and then they only answering with disk benchmarks I have never declared as a problem or being part of the problems. Other people with the same problems get a refund @dev_vps and for me they keep denying the refund.

Beware you are saying false things,
Evos does not guarantee the 7950x3d cpu but 7950x3d/7950x or 5950x
    ‘The best performance
Experience unrivalled performance with our hosting service. Thanks to Ryzen 9 5950X and 7950X3D, coupled with state-of-the-art DDR4 and DDR5 RAM and the latest NVMe SSDs.’
We cannot guarantee vps on 7950x3d nodes,
i did not handle your ticket,
send me the ticket number privately and I will check

First when i purchased your offer i got my vps created on node 6 with a 7950x3d cpu. Now when all the problems started, i got transfered for the time you need to repair. So i got a downgrade. Now i want to be moved back. Which things I have written are not correct?

    SFZ-729102

I did not handle your ticket from the beginning,
I will now forward the ticket number to edoardo and let you know

Edoardo is already handling my ticket since the beginning. My tickets are only getting anwsered from Edoardo.

And please tell me which things i have written that arent correct?

You promised a specified cpu (7950x3d) when you offered it here on LET

As I told you, I don't run it and I don't know that offer,
rewrite the ticket and wait for a reply from edoardo

I first got this CPU 7950x3d when I started the subscription, then changed to 9 5950X. It's actually not satisfactory in that node environment as advertised "Highest performance and latest class NVME" believe me CPU thieves are very high, even touching 80.

Then today I was switched to using an Intel Xeon E5-2697 v3, I didn't have a problem because the CPU theft was not high, between 1-2.

Looking at your offer, they can put 5x of these deals on 7950X with 128GB RAM or max 8 on 192GB. Which means they will earn 25€ (prob way less due to taxes, fees etc) or 40€ (on 192GB dedi).

It is not suitable to run in long term as it will not turn into any profit soon loosing tons of money (no matter if colo or rent)

That would be the case for VDS, not for VPS
Also, also depends on what % of customers on promotion plans vs regular.

I have a VPS with a premium provider 4x vCPU Ryzen 7950x for $29/year … running for many months with no issues. I am pretty certain that most of the customers are paying much more.

    correct,
the 5 euro offer was applied to a maximum of 20 customers if I am not mistaken

  • The ceo davide and edoardo I believe handled this in the best possible way,
unfortunately the delays and the broken node 6 complicated things.
In about two to three days we can solve node 5

In addition to the fact that the availability of resources is volatile, it seems that we can't deliver the same resource capacity to all customers equally. There are customers with better resource performance, while others have downtimes and resources that reach -30% performance.

And I am not one of those 20 customers. Just to clarify

  • Only Node 5 is 75% of load

I first got this CPU 7950x3d when I started the subscription, then changed to 9 5950X. It's actually not satisfactory in that node environment as advertised "Highest performance and latest class NVME" believe me CPU thieves are very high, even touching 80.

Then today I was switched to using an Intel Xeon E5-2697 v3, I didn't have a problem because the CPU theft was not high, between 1-2.

it is normal to have a cheap plan,
you were on a 5950x/7950x3d node because we had no nodes available,
the theft was in the past few days,
    we already solved it yesterday,
    excluding node 5

    you have CVPS-11 Correct?

    No, VDS in CVDS-4

    Ok always is corret,
do you don't have node amd ryzen but intel xeon

Actually using a Xeon which is not as advertised.

Before all this, I had no performance problems.

I was running a ryzen 7950x3D, and it performed acceptably.

Then the problems started, they moved me from node to node and even with a ryzen 5950x, I have low resource performance.

The overall difference between the two should theory be 10-15% maximum, but for my scenario it's between 25-30%.

My support ticket says nothing (i have no idea), asking for “n” proofs and “n” reasons why.

have you received an invoice yet?

Yes all vds/vps with intel xeon are with 2 types of xeon,
    e5-2699v4/v4a or Xeon E5-2697

Yes, I don't have a problem with that even though it doesn't live up to the advertising the e5-2699v4/v4a offers, the most important thing for me is not experiencing high CPU theft. That's what I prioritize for my VDS.

The ceo davide and edoardo I believe handled this in the best possible way,
unfortunately the delays and the broken node 6 complicated things.
In about two to three days we can solve node 5

if you aren't davide or edoardo, who are you...? you've been responding to me across all comm channels as davide?

    apparently it's " Current restore at 50%
when delivery new xeon node i can restore at 100% performance"

    Correct

what does restore at 50% even mean?

Some vps were really slow and we managed to stabilise them

I was running a ryzen 7950x3D, and it performed acceptably.

Then the problems started, they moved me from node to node and even with a ryzen 5950x, I have low resource performance.

The overall difference between the two should theory be 10-15% maximum, but for my scenario it's between 25-30%.

My support ticket says nothing (i have no idea), asking for “n” proofs and “n” reasons why.

Can you send me your ticket number in private?
I want to read it and see what the person who handled it wrote

    Found,
Wait 10/15 minutes and check your cpu
