I had reviewed in detail about Racknerd shared hosting and WP benchmarks sometime 2 years ago here. You can read those review(s). In-short they are good, performance is also good, and helpful support. They use Intel E3 (as I have reviewed) server. But still its faster due to optimization. 1CPU, 1GB RAM is offered on SSD Disk (or NVMe).

been a customer since 2022. very satisfied.
things of note
1. customer service is super quick.
2. i think twice there was some hardware issues and they had to migrate our servers. don't remember the details. once i did but second time i did not see the email and i was out of office so the time had gone for migration and i had to re set up the server. they did provide a replacement pretty quickly.
3. they do not have backups. that's a bummer because shit happens. they need to work on that.
4. no other specific issues i could remember.
i currently have like 3 or 4 active servers with them so yeah. i am not a "big" customer but i do immediately look up a sale and grab it when i need one. their website has too expensive plans, you need to see LET or LEB for "reasonable" prices.
What exactly might a backup solution look like? What do other hosts offer that RackNerd does not have?
I thought I saw something in RackNerd's cPanel about backups. My memory might fail me though.

I don't know about their shared hosting. But I'm happy with their VPS.
I am using reseller plans from Racknerd & so far I am happy with their service and support.
Unfortunately, this third party processor was incorrectly assessing taxes that were not applicable to my recent purchase, support did not offer much help, so I just had to cancel my order.
Why do you need a third party payment processor for another third party processor?
