update:
the switches were replaced but the new subnet looks like is blocked to one region, I opened a ticket with the provider and they are looking into it, I will open the server as soon as I get the answer from the provider
As asked in the ticket, what are the expected specs are gonna be of the server per VPS?

seems ip blocked traffic to china, that's still no effect to most one
The provider will replace the subnet on Monday

Nope, it is not a hassle, the only issue is that I ran out of IPS I depend on the new subnet I just got a new one from the provider, just need to have Dacentec announce it.
