I do not request any refund. My vps are online. So i'm fine to continue using service without delete? Just need a clarification.

This is only for the customers who cancel their VPS and ask for a refund, I am giving them time to download their data.

Actually, if they want to come back the VPS is still alive, just open a ticket

Unfortunately, we do not control the date when we are going to receive the IPV4, it involves 3 companies, the provider, the Datacenter and us.
The provider does a background check, prepares contracts to be signed, and payments to be made, and gives us an LOA, and the data center announces the IPs (last time took them one week to do that), and we, who only sign the paperwork from the provider and data center and pay the bills.
We expect that this will happen this week, but as you see this does not depend on us.

Now if you want I can launch packages with IPV6 and then give the IPV4 when it is ready.
