    I think you need a /48 ( or larger like /39 ) that can be split in smaller /64 ( a /48 is 65536 /64 to be exact :) ). that way you can rotate thru sub-nets.

    If you-tube block's a sub-net, in IPV6 it will block the whole /64.

    I'm not sure if that's the case, but even if it is, I don't "advertise" the whole subnet really. (Last time I did that by adding the subnet to a AAAA record. Not my smartest move lol.) The only thing Google can see is the individual address itself, which they can certainly guess at what it is, but it would block a large chunk of networks. I would assume they're reasonable enough not to do that, and so far, my assumption has been correct on my california server.

    No worries. I may get one in the future but the services I run are purely non-profit, and I'm already paying $150+/mo for servers. So not eager to add more bills right now.
