Please check your client area, there is an important message regarding urgent maintenance.
And I believe it was this that took our 2 switches down

A few remarks about your sent out mail(s) the last couple of days.

    First:

    Maintenance Details:
    • Date: Friday, September 9th

There is no Friday September 9th; we have a Friday August 9th though.

    Second:

You have multiple locations (e.g. I have a VPS in Amsterdam) and I received 2 mails this week apparantly concerning this issue somewhere else. I don't mind getting mails for locations I'm not in, but please mention about what DC/Location it is.

On Monday the mail was quite short and I hadn't got a clue where it was about - until I saw this thread. Today it's about emergency maintenance, but also without location. I suspect my VPS in Amsterdam isn't affected though...

To be transparent I can explain what is happening

June - PDU overload was triggering the breaker
July - We change the server to a full Rack
August - this was the recent event that you could follow if you read this thread, 1 power drop burned and it took 2 switches with it, which we are replacing tomorrow, this caused a 48h downtime

we are working to get it better.

So which one has the 100GB hdd storage?

The Supermicro has 2x12TB HDD so I can give 100GB to each VPS, but on the installation, I noticed that the Raid controller had issues so I decided to use another server that has only 4TB.
So stay tuned soon I fixed the server issue I will make a good package for it B)
