Both my VPS are unreachable and so is the website. I'm not losing millions so I'm not mad, but I wanted to let you know (I'm sure you know) :-D
And just now it's working again, just like that!
Noticed a packet loss at first and it turns out to be an attack. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for Autologic to kick in. You shouldn't experience any issues now.
I processed your upgrade. Please make sure to power cycle the VPS trough virtualizor.
True, but "a few minutes" was over half an hour to be honest, and both on IPv4 as IPv6.
It was the 3rd period of high packet loss in 24 hours - and to be honest, that happens quite regularly.
My system also reported DNS loss. Everything is working again.
It took me a long time to find such a cheap and powerful VPS that meets all my needs!!!!!

I understand your frustration, however for a long time we are under constant ddos attacks as well as other providers in the same datacenter, from time to time the attackers modifies his methods and with that said sometimes it takes some time for the anti ddos to kick in. As I mentioned before 5-10 minutes on average.
Thank you for the positive feedback, I just upgraded your server. Please make sure to power cycle your VPS from Virtualizor to apply the changes.
PS. As a side note I want to add that we finished with the maintenance, however just before we started we received a couple bulk orders in the last few minutes so the orders after the maintenance started will be processed tomorrow since we are currently out of stock.
However everybody who already created an order will receive his server including compensation for the time spent waiting.
Yeah, read that. However, I have this VPS for 3 weeks now and to be honest haven't been able to really use it. It should be part of a database cluster but it slows down the whole cluster when added when packet loss appears. Also outage several times a day for several days a week doesn't make it a stable one to be used for a normal task like a webserver. Like you I hope that the attacks will stop soon, because they're simply silly, but on the other hand as a customer I'm not getting the stable VPS that I was hoping to get. And that's more than frustration, that's dissatisfaction.
I can guarantee that this happened no more than 3 times (3 separate days) with 5-30 minutes of packet loss at a time (excluding the day when the attacks started) and other customers who purchased from LET can verify what I'm saying if they would like to share their experience.
Again, I understand and it's unfortunately but this rarely happens. If doubtful I can share uptime graphs in private for the past year to prove it's a very rare occurrence, while being rare it's inevitable to happen someday and that's the case with tech and networking for every existing provider. I'm being fully transparent as a person and as a company to let everybody know the nature of the issue instead of keeping customers in the dark.
However if you are not satisfied please open up a ticket on our website and I will do my best to compensate you for the time you were unable to use your server normally.
That's one of the reasons I do bussiness with you ;-)
I'll keep that in mind in case things do on longer; I fully understand the situation you are in, so I don't want to make it more of a burden to you. At this moment I have more than enough overcapacity to deal with it, but I don't like idlers ;-)

Is service down again?
The network is very poor today, I keep getting disconnected from my VPS (which is behind Cloudflare), it's unusable really. Even the website is unreachable from time to time.

I think we know what is going on, the question is how to fix it?
When your main site is down as provider, it doesn't look good regardless of how much appealing packages you bring.
This was related to the DDoS that's been going on 24/7 till the start of the promotion, we were working on mitigating this till now.
The necessary steps were taken to stop it and I think it will no longer be an issue.
