Yes, there has been an abuser. I fixed the issue so nobody is affected in any way.

Not sure about @tenpera, but my Windows VPS rebooted unexpectedly today at 10:04:25 UTC (event viewer says Critical Kernel-Power).

About the interruption today:
There was a network interruption on one of the nodes which was caused by a abusing customer, the network unavailability was ~15 minutes. The issue was fixed on the spot,
I'm posting about this now since I needed to run additional tests during the day just to make sure it won't happen again.

VPS servers are back in stock now and I just mass processed the pending orders.
People who placed an order but couldn't proceed with the payment can submit a ticket and I will process it with the discount.

i just saw Bullethost's new offer. I was going to purchase but saw your comment above. How's their node now for using webserver? You were able to host a website? How about node re-starting again? did that problem ended? Kindly give your feedback so I can decide to buy as I will host wordpress sites.
Things have definitely improved since then. I have a MariaDB cluster with this host as one of the nodes, so I "see" almost every small downtime that you won't notice with a webserver or most other uses.
That period in time, I couldn't use the node because with such a cluster connections that are unstable can bring down your whole cluster (when the node is resyncing and it goes down again, you could get into real troubles) - and that was exactly what happened back then. I don't see that now anymore, and the node is back in the cluster without real issues.
