    Yes, can attest to fast response to support ticket. Had opened one for IPv6 which was promptly attended to and sorted out.

    OTOH, the network certainly seemed to be down when I posted that comment, as the website and my VM were both were unreachable simultaneously. Where's a dude gotta open a ticket at when client area is offline? :tongue:

    Anyway, when I checked it again in the morning, it was reachable again. Since it was a new VM, there was nothing important hosted on it anyway so I just chalked the blip out to happenstance.

    Regardless, I hope the service stays great, and I wish Floyd the very best.
