    The network of his vps is very strange, it is not online 24 hours a day for the whole world. There are always strange network connection problems in certain areas during certain time periods.     That is way above me and nothing related to the network that I control. I can only control the network that is in my cabinet. If somebody has an issue then please submit a support ticket. My network is monitored by HetrixTools and lets me know as soon as one of the host machines goes down.

    I don't know what "this" means.

    You have a Windows VPS and it will shut down automatically when it does not have a valid license. There is a workaround for this. https://digitalitskills.com/how-to-stop-windows-server-auto-shutdown-every-hour-after-license-expire/

    There is also an issue with some RDP connections. There is a work around for this as well. https://superuser.com/questions/1481191/remote-desktop-intermittently-freezing

    But without a support ticket and more specific details I cannot help further.

  • It seems you have network issues on your servers which is very slow. Browsing like waiting for a 10 second. You need to check that, I have faced the same issue on your old server and I have bought 10VPS and same issue again.
