well is still the weekend in the USA and the people who work in the DC at this time are at Level Zero, I am waiting for Monday and see what happens, the answers that I am having from them are all excuses, only excuses.
I have refunded a lot of customers but I can not delete their VPS because I have no connection, so when they fix the problem if they do I have the VPSs there and I can give those customers some time to recover their data.
I never seen anything like this, it is clear that the issue lies there

I can access the server via http but betterstack and bunny are saying the ip is down, weird.

All servers are connected now, but we will need another maintenance next week.
The issue was one of my PDUs trigg the break and something damaged one server and this server damaged my 2 switches, I had to search for the ports that were working so part of the switch was not working, I just bought 2 new Junipers then I will need to replace the damaged ones.
I would like before anything to thank everybody who stood with me, you guys are great, next week I will pick a day and announce in the website also I will be receiving a new /24 IPV4 and I will post more promotions. to attend @FAT32 I will make one at $ 8.00/y

For the customers that were refunded, you have 48 hours to access your VPS and backup your data after that they will be deleted.
