    We will have a maintenance today in one hour to test and reconfigure a switch, all VPS will be down for this maintenance which will take about 15 min

    I am waiting for the DC to fix the uplink cables, then we can go back to business

    Let's use LET support.

    After the whole day trying to see the switches configurations it was clear that the network problem was not with our equipment, so finally the DC found the issue in the BGP and this is their answer:

    Upon checking 154.xxx.xxx.0/24, there does seem to be an issue with this BGP IP block.
    This will need to be escalated to the network team to investigate further.
    Please open a new ticket for this BGP issue so this information does not get lost in this ticket.
    This is so that the new ticket can be escalated to the network team.

    I don't know when the network team will work, today is a weekend, so, unfortunately, all VPSs in NC are offline.

    We depend on their job but we stand behind our services so if anyone needs a refund, just open a ticket and I will refund them immediately.

    ordered through 8G-NC link, but ended up with 4G-NL, even though the order URL and page title still say kvm_8192_SSD_NC. Anyhow, good offer, missed it.

    I can do IPV6 but right now we are offline, if you want open a support ticket and I will place it on the waiting list
