About my application to withdraw the balance in my CloudCone account

Nine days ago, I registered two new CloudCone accounts to purchase their VPS. It was only after I had deposited money into the accounts that I was informed one person cannot have multiple CloudCone accounts. I then submitted a ticket requesting a refund of the money I had deposited into CloudCone back to my Alipay account. Customer service said the money had already been refunded to my Alipay account, but I have not received their refund in my Alipay account.

    I am a very happy customer with cloudcone (I've 4 vps with them). But what I found odd is that, in case of email servers, if you destroy it for any reason, you can not make another instance even when you paid for the whole year.

    For example, suppose I bought a email package in Jan 2024 (annual payment) and mistakenly it got destroyed in Feb 2024 (due to unaware of the terminology such as removing organization means destroying the whole package for good!) Even though I paid for another 11 months, but I could not open another email instance.

    I inquired the customer care where they gave me a link for a package for another 1 year payment. But Dude, I just paid for 12 months out of which I just used only 1 month! The months I've paid advanced for, haven't even arrived yet!

    This was very disappointing to be honest in the subject of cloudcone.

  • When you are not reading the TOS, you can only blame yourself. The money probably will show up in a few days.
