Just got VPS from EvosHosting last night. Although late reply, but he will just do his work after he reply. That's good. been setting up my homelab and it so far so good

@hyperblast - I ordered one of these servers from your original post and that was the fastest I've ever had a server provisioned, registration was literally done in under a minute and server provisioned a minute after payment. Ht hosting is doing something right with their system atleast, can't speak about their feasibility practices though 😂
i cannot fully confirm this! the server was actually ordered and provided quickly. windows could only be installed via support at that time. then repeated failures, very unstable vps. problem was then supposedly solved. windows vps (elaborately set up) then ran well for about 4 days (cpu very good, nvme fast, network fast). i would have really liked to use the vps, especially since i know that dataforest's infrastructure is used (which i appreciate very much and actually no problems are known to me from dataforest). after the 4 days, the vps broke down completely. it was probably not possible to restore it. the support only provided a standard debian 12 again. questions as to whether the windows server could be restored remained unanswered. in the end, I asked for a refund of the costs, which will probably be reimbursed... let's see. my experience with this provider is unfortunately subterranean.

i was originally looking for a (good, stable) replacement for the vps in the original posting (as this unfortunately ran unsatisfactorily at best (i.e. didn't actually run)). so how does it look, shall we give it a try? can you offer another ryzen 9 7950x3d with 24gb ram?
They operate as a German GbR (Anders & Thesing GbR).
GbR partners are liable with their private assets.
It would be pretty stupid to register a German GbR for a summer host scheme.
My guess is that the low prices are a marketing stunt to attract the first customers, and prices will go up in the future.
