    BulletHost gave me some suggestions, and they were spot on. My server is now unblocked.
    I also reported it to the spam agency and they unblocked my IP from their list.
    The down server was much larger than BulletHost, and only last 2-3 hours, as well was only intermittent.

    BulletHost's ticket support has been outstanding.

    To @BulletHost please don't ever change.
