and its broken from March 7th, 2024 (4 months ago) lots of people have opened support tikects with Mike about this and written on this forum, but its not yet fixed. Indeed, the service has de-graded.
Anyone here who has purchased standard plan (regular and not the lifetime) should open a ticket for priority support. Users who have purchased lifetime hosting plan's tickets get un-answered for months.
Austrias server softaculous license also hasn't been renewed for a week now..

i have a lifetime with them and if something looks suspicious...better i move my services from them, i already got back more than what i paid in lifetime so i won't regret anyway.

I have been moving some stuff to ZAP Hosting Lifetime webspace (also got two lifetime vps there). Of course they can also at some point go out of business, but for now it's a bigger company with quicker responses. I love @MikePT and what he does for the community, and I'll continue to host some of my projects with him, but some othere projects where I want to make sure there's quicker support etc, I'm in the process of moving to ZAP for now. That said, I didn't have any issues with MyW yet. Everything has been snappy, but it just seems very abandoned recently, so I'm not comfortable of keeping all of my projects there.
where do you find their offer, also do they offer any panel like DA?

The URL I shared above says Plesk Web Hosting. I can also tell from my product that it's Plesk, since I purchased it. If you click on Plesk Web Hosting monthly, you will be able to select lifetime instead of monthly upon checkout. It's the same product.

I've started migrating sites to hostbrr and racknerd and namecrane.
just keeping some hobby projects on Myw.pt hosting. don't know it will work in future or not. But I suppose it will if Mike gives attention. The speed was great.

He has a family from what I know, so he must be busy in that regard. I am idling all his hosting plans, but I bought them to support him on his marriage and baby when he released these lifetimes on such occasions in his life.
It is sad to see a bad or unmaintained service, even though I am idling 8 lifetimes from him - it is about the principle of a business. He was warned about offering too much lifetime.
yeah, a limited-quantity lifetime or some promo does no harm, but a continuing offer like this can make a reputed host a kind of "summer host". I hope MyW.pt will not go this way.
