    Nice point of view,
    now we can see more clearly that which roles (parts) are really rich and stupid

    in this case:

    -> some stakeholders, which could be the board, shareholders, regulators, employees, and clients
    -> someone in gov who has power to manage government contract with companys

    Yep, a lot of stuff in the corporate world is just a box-ticking exercise! At a certain size, there's very little individuals (and the firms themselves) can do about it, unfortunately...a cost of doing business.

    Nope. USA legal standard is incitement of imminent violence, not hatred (whatever that means).

    Happily, the USA is not a global law producer, at least for 2/3 of the Earth. By incitement to hatred, I mean publicly calling for discrimination on any grounds.
