Looking glass functionality has been fixed, yes that was a part of the solution.
Everything function seems to work properly now except except mtr sometimes but I will look into this further and fix the missing SSL.

@Bullethost does the linux VPS SSD have any RAID?
Yes, there's HW raid 10, additionally we have free backups for each VPS for another layer of protection. One full backup a week and daily incremental.
