RackNerd do not offer refunds?

They do not
next time before buying ask if they washed their IP
That's too bad.
Good idea, but why doesn't RackNerd offer refunds like other vps providers?
They prefer to spend your money for next giveaways and useless bump threads here on LET.
You really like to do impulsive purchases, without contacting provider about the IP reputation/ refund policy, right?
You need to slow down, take a moment and ask yourself - is this who you are? Can you learn from past mistakes?
@EthanZou
I'm just curious why RackNerd is the only one that doesn't offer refunds.
@EthanZou
You can try to remove from the blacklists. In many cases there is a "removal" options. but if this not works.. (or the IP is very "dirty")..
Try to contact with their support (ticket), provide a proof for the 'dirty IP' (blacklists. etc), tell them, it's a problem for you, and ask them for replace it with a clean one. Maybe they do it or maybe not (I don't know what is their policies for that). just an idea
if you believe you are due a refund and service has not been provided as it should then i suggest a chargeback, this will also cost the provider however its worth refunding rather than arguments, in my opinion if service hasnt been provided to the extent that it was purchased a refund should be provided as a pro rata basis, no need to be stealing money off the client.
No refund needed if you have double bandwidth
for a dumb question: how to check if the IP is "dirty"?
Check MXToolBox and IPVoid
Thats not True. Not every VPS provider offers refunds so check before you buy something.
@EthanZou
Please look at the refund policy of a provider before you buy
Also, it's pretty clear that you're looking for an IP address that will work with Netflix, etc. ( https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/195870/looking-for-a-vps-with-clean-ip ), but generally, providers don't offer such IP addresses
Please don't start senseless threads
