I find their TOS interesting.
They state in their TOS about refunds:

70-90% of consumption is pretty normal for some time frames, it could only become a problem if %90+ is utilised continuously over a period of several hours (6-8)
For this whole week 25.06.2024 till 02.07.2024 EVERYTHING (Ram,Cpu,Uplink,Disk) - will be updated aswell now in the thread.
On trustpilot there are only 5 star reviews (91%) and 1 star reviews (9%), many of the accounts writing the 5 star reviews have only written 1 review, sound like ChatGPT, contain "Discord" or contain the name of the owner. Seems like the reviews are very trustworthy (/s).
