This is kinda confusing. AS214781 is actually some guy named "Lukas Wenzl" (https://ipinfo.io/AS214781) while Rekade (International Ltd) seems to be AS214834 (https://ipinfo.io/AS214834), which has it's ASN + single /24 DROP-listed by Spamhaus https://spamhaus.org/drop/asndrop.json, https://spamhaus.org/drop/drop_v4.json, while AS214781 seems quite uninteresting.
If you open the Companys House of Rekade International LTD you will see that I (Lukas Wenzl) am registered there. AS214781.net is my personal ASN.
You can have a look at the report on Spamhaus. I would say it was an accident because at the time of the takeover the network was already on the blacklist. After I wrote to Spamhaus, the Rekade ASN was added to the drop list. You are welcome to look on other sites to see if you can find anything from 27.05.2024 onwards, on this day the subnet was transferred to our administration.

I meant active things that we haven't already taken care of. I think it's just as important to react quickly to such things. We regularly take servers offline because they don't meet our T&Cs.
Also as a small piece of information in this whole subnet SMTP traffic has been disabled for security reasons. Only a customer who can be verified with an identification document can also use e-mail.
We are doing our best to keep our ASN and the network behind it clean and are already working on a solution regarding bad neighbours.
AFAIK what makes Spamhaus angry is not resolved SBL cases, and I haven't seen any for portscan but lots for C2 and phishing hosted (this is in general, not related to AS214834 or any IP addresses mentioned there).
Quite difficult to solve these cases. In my experience with the Spamhaus team, I was not given any information as to what the problem was. The only answer was that I should understand that they do not give this information. I can only speak for myself.
Before pushing it to ASNDROP they do create a few SBL with technical details such as IP address, domain used, sometimes they even track actors changing IP addresses, so there can't be no info at all from them, but yeah, spamhaus do has some issues regarding communication.
Yes, as I said, the network that is on our SBL list was already there before. I think Spamhaus didn't want to remove it because they think I'm Aggros Operations or something. I'll just let some time pass and build up a reputation and then write Spamhaus again.
The SBL listing itself says SMTP Bruteforce which can't be the case for us as currently no IP in this subnet has SMTP traffic. (Its disabled)
