Just saw this one in bounce
    https://titan.email/

No idea who it is, site looks good.

I got this bounce from them:

Recipient address rejected: Incoming suspended due to abuse

They can block incoming mail :D

    And what is experience?
    How much do you pay?

As a sender, I find it low quality.
Lots of deffers, false positives, support does not know their own product.

Imho, I would not use zoho.
I fear that I could lose mail from clients due to Zoho's unpredictable filter and other stuff.

What does their filter do unpredictability? What other stuff?

    Do not like unclear bounces.
Random example. Even support cannot tell immediately the exact reason of bounce
"Try again and tell if works"
    https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/error-541-5-4-1-mail-rejected-by-destination-domain

Also, their rate limits are tight. Senders to you will be deferred. May not receive mail from clients on time (if Zoho deferred the client's mail server).

Just my imho. I would not trust business mail to this provider.

Just a simple reason: I want the sender to my email know the reason why I rejected their mail. Is it spam or misconfiguration? So they could configure their mail server accordingly.

Instead, the sender receives Mail rejected by destination domain. What is it? Even Zoho support hesitates to say.

How tight are we talking about, I get a feeling users with average usage probably won't have any issue since I doubt the limits are going to be that low.

So who do you trust for business mail then?

good. I use since 2019. I never had problem of delivery, false spam. I pay for each address 10€ at year.

I've been using Zoho since ~2020 as well and it's a pretty good deal on the free plan. I don't like their online client though. It's functional but composing emails always seems to take too much time with their interface. But deliverability and support are OK.

    cPanel for email marketing apps.

    Yandex for critical business mail.
    Mail.ru for non-critical business mail.

Yandex is no longer free. However, you can contact support and tell them that none of their payment methods work, and they will give you it for free.

  • Hello,

I have been with SpaceMail for few months now.

I am facing repeated issues with "IP Blocks / IP Black Listed" email bounce back from various receiving hosts.

Their support is always available, 24x7, on their support chat system to accept the issue and raise ticket to solve. But solution doesn't last long and issue returns after few weeks.

Neither I run any mass email campaign / news latter or such, nor my email volume is high. Most emails are reply of any email that I have received.

Not sure as why I am facing this issue as their support don't give explanation apart from polite apologies.

    Thanks.

I like the advanced plan on spacemail at spaceship for $20.88/yr it has 50gb.
They have pro plan on spacemail at spaceship for $5.88/yr it has 5gb.

The flaw is does not have IMAP/POP3/SMTP.

SMTP for me is important, I bought without seeing it.

I'm in love with their whole UX. Every damn one of us needs to take notes and learn from it.
