    No migration has happened yet as we need the consent of all clients for this. (Data Transfer from one entity to another). Renaming happened as it is planned to migrate these Plans to heartbeat IT. All Plans that were advertised via LET/LES will be migrated to heartbeat IT.

    We have been receiving affiliate income when a server-factory client referred by us renews their monthly service.
    Would this continuous income stop coming after the migration occurs, assuming the referee continues to renew the same service?

    Overall Request:

    Please respond to each question and each issue listed below in detail.

    Issues and Questions:

    Geekbench Error (yet-another-bench-script):

    This error occurs for me and many other users, making it difficult to run the benchmark manually. This could lead to misunderstandings about the transparency of VDS performance.

    Request: Please resolve this issue so that all users can run Geekbench.

    CPU Specification (Dedicated Core):

    I purchased a VDS with the description "1 dedicated core."

    Question: Does this "1 dedicated core" mean "1 core and 2 threads" or just "1 core and 0 threads"? Please clarify.

    VDS Management Interface:

    The VDS management interface is very poorly designed; the colors (text and background) are too dark, causing eye strain.

    There is no VDS restart button.

    Requests:

    Update the VDS management software to the latest version.

    If it's already the latest version, consider switching to a different, more user-friendly VDS management software.

    Operating System Versions (Linux and Windows):

    The Linux and Windows installations on your VDS should be updated to the latest versions.

    Issue: My new VDS is running an old Linux kernel (kernel-core-5.14.0-503.16.1.el9_5.x86_64) while other providers always run the latest kernel (kernel-core-5.14.0-503.23.2.el9_5.x86_64).

    Request: Update all Linux and Windows installations to the latest versions. Explain why the new VDS is using an older kernel.

    Missing Tools (wget, tar):

    wget and tar are not pre-installed.

    Question: Is this a stripped-down version of Linux? Why are these basic tools missing?

    RAM Displayed in Geekbench:

    With the same 8GB of RAM and AlmaLinux 9.5, Geekbench 6 on your VDS only shows 7.47 GB, almost 300 MB less than other providers (7.75 GB).

    Question: Please explain this discrepancy.

    CPU Cache Specification in Geekbench (7950X):

    The 7950X CPU has 1MB L2 cache and 64MB L3 cache, but Geekbench 6 only shows 512KB L2 cache and 16MB L3 cache.

    Question: Please explain this discrepancy.

    Slow Response Time:

    I sent questions during business hours and did not receive a response.

    Request: Improve customer support response times.
