Apologies for any inconvenience @Kris. If you want to create another instance it will be fully credited. We're still investigating some failed hosts.
Will do : 7f9cd8bf-608c-411e-8eb2-886e8d31fce2
Just beta testing after all, new and unique location, much appreciated.
Thanks for your understanding @Kris. ID noted. We're dispatching a field tech now. Will keep you posted as well as updates on our status page.
The affected nodes have come back online. We've removed the status but are still monitoring closely. @Kris can you check if your first VM is back? Feel free to keep both active as a token of our appreciation.
@oakkia it looks like you've created an App (container-based workload) instead of an Instance (virtual machine). Feel free to create an instance and send us the ID. You can try both for free.
Custom ISOs are a popular request. We don't yet offer that feature. Thanks for the question.
Hi @dev_vps, thanks for the question. It's the AMD equivalent, yes. The performance is quite good--check out the yabs from @caracal above.
if I can get a test VPS (good for 96 hours) with this configuration
2 vCore / 2 GB / 20 GB
I can run my tests and share my findings
Sure @dev_vps. Our platform is self-service. Feel free to create an account (a credit card is required as well as a valid email address) and add such a VM and send us the ID--we'll comp your account. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.
For these giveaway VMs, we're removing the billing item from the usage page so that it's clear customers aren't being charged.
Normally, a per-month price and prorated amount (accumulated usage during the month) is shown on that page (there was a question above about that).
If anyone is curious what an actual billing statement looks like, create a billed resource such as a VM then look at the usage page. After that, you can delete the resource without incurring any charges.
I deleted it when I thought it was gone, just have the new one active. Thanks for the heads up!

Can I use 2 vCore for the VPS freely or any restrictions on usage?
@entrywan
Running SQL Server DB Engine on EntryWan VPS (2 vCore / 2 GB / Debian 12)
The client side is SSMS tool (Running Windows OS on 1 vCore Ryzen 7950x / 1 GB)
Testing of SQL database engine on Linux , so that it can connect multiple client machines running SSMS tool for running advanced SQL queries
Thanks, I didn’t pay attention to the choice.

you accept paypal?
We have an AUP and terms/conditions available on our main site.
Very interesting. Thanks for giving that a try.
Thanks @oakkia. ID noted.
Hi @JasonM. Not yet. We'll look into that.
We're still experiencing some heavy IO errors on some hosts. Still investigating.
The control panel is working again, but my server status is "shutoff" and the start button is missing.
-upd-
solved.
Do you have a test download file for object storage?
merry xmas @kashon
We've updated the status page. There's a RAID deadlock issue on several hosts. We're still trying to determine the root cause.
are you a deadlock fixer?
