VM down. Logged in, VM went from online to:

    > CPUs
    > 0
    > Memory
    > 512 MB
    > Disk
    > 0 GB

Was going to keep a variant of this for a UptimeKuma instance as Nashville would be a good area for a random probe, but this does not bode well. VM seems nuked.

Apologies for any inconvenience @Kris. If you want to create another instance it will be fully credited. We're still investigating some failed hosts.

The affected nodes have come back online. We've removed the status but are still monitoring closely. @Kris can you check if your first VM is back? Feel free to keep both active as a token of our appreciation.

@oakkia it looks like you've created an App (container-based workload) instead of an Instance (virtual machine). Feel free to create an instance and send us the ID. You can try both for free.

I like how you product was approach, but is it possible for custom ISO or is there IPXE possible to use?

Custom ISOs are a popular request. We don't yet offer that feature. Thanks for the question.

is $1/core per month for the dedicated core HT?

    Thanks!

Hi @dev_vps, thanks for the question. It's the AMD equivalent, yes. The performance is quite good--check out the yabs from @caracal above.

if I can get a test VPS (good for 96 hours) with this configuration
    2 vCore / 2 GB / 20 GB
I can run my tests and share my findings

Sure @dev_vps. Our platform is self-service. Feel free to create an account (a credit card is required as well as a valid email address) and add such a VM and send us the ID--we'll comp your account. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

  • entrywanentrywan Member, Host Rep

For these giveaway VMs, we're removing the billing item from the usage page so that it's clear customers aren't being charged.

Normally, a per-month price and prorated amount (accumulated usage during the month) is shown on that page (there was a question above about that).

If anyone is curious what an actual billing statement looks like, create a billed resource such as a VM then look at the usage page. After that, you can delete the resource without incurring any charges.

I deleted it when I thought it was gone, just have the new one active. Thanks for the heads up!

We're still experiencing some heavy IO errors on some hosts. Still investigating.

We've updated the status page. There's a RAID deadlock issue on several hosts. We're still trying to determine the root cause.
