Mailchannels & Spamexperts Filter Resellers
Hello, community!
I am looking for a company, that can resell the MailChannels outbound filter.
My budget is $15 per month. If it's possible to start with 10k (or less if possible and I see the usage) emails that would be perfect. I am a small "indie" local system administrator managing some sites for people, so I don't need anything on a massive scale.
Regarding the billing period, I would prefer to pay monthly, however, I have no problem with commitment, simply am not the largest fan of prepayments.
I saw @gleert offered this in the past and got good vouches, but I am unsure which site is legit naranja.tech or *.naranjatec.com.
Additionally, I would also inquire about the incoming filter from Spamexperts if anyone is a reseller of that at affordable prices.

We measured the SMTP connection success rates of mail.baby, MailChannels, SendGrid, Mailgun, and Google into our inbound filtering service to get a raw sense of how well they police their endusers to eliminate the risk of earning a bad reputation with email receivers. Analyzing over a billion SMTP connections, we assess that mail.baby has a 12% rejection rate from their IPs - that's 4x higher than SendGrid and MailChannels.
Senders with a high SMTP rejection rate are not doing a great job of filtering their customer traffic. Prior to May 1st, mail.baby dealt with their high rejection rate by delivering emails through MailChannels if they bounced. Now that the MailChannels avenue is no longer available to them, it will be interesting to see how that 12% rejection rate starts to leave a stain on their IP reputation over time, impacting inbox rates.
We know that LET folks need a good price and that our enterprise pricing doesn't work for the little guys, which is why we have empowered @gleert as our authorized reseller with no restrictions on pricing. Our internal sales team has also been newly empowered with a model that works competitively against mail.baby. I congratulate the well-meaning team at mail.baby for making it this far; however, I'd like the community to recognize that much of their deliverability success came down to the fact that they were sending through another service.
interesting, in our experience, Mailchannels has a 70% rejection rate sending to Paid Microsoft customers.

Would you be sending from different mailboxes? Or one single our limit is per mailbox
Microsoft uses different spam criteria between paid and free customers?
Despite using mail.baby as our backup SMTP service for a long time now, I think it’s been over a year since I removed MailChannels from our SPF record because there was no need. If an email made it to MailChannels because neither I nor mail.baby could deliver it, the mistake was to try to continue because it was impossible to deliver. The only concerns anyone ever brought up about the SPF failures were indeed undeliverable emails that I should have halted much earlier in the stack. You guys are doing great things, but mail.baby is doing an excellent job as well.
It’s honestly a good thing because I don’t think MC can keep up with being the only ones doing delivery right, as the entire email landscape is shifting to nearly requiring what you guys do. It’s gonna take all of us to keep up with Google and MS. Between the 3 of us, and however many others pop up doing similar things over time, we'll be able to work together to set standards over the next decade. I believe that.

In our experience sending 1+ million mails per month with mailchannels, reaching to free @outlook addresses was no issue, like with any other provider.
but reaching to paid Microsoft customers, was a pain in the a**, and had many tickets with Mailchannels, some people confirming the issue on WHT, and that was the reason we leaved Mailchannels, paying a big premium price, to not even be able to reach one of the biggest mail providers lol.
We have zero problems with delivery to Microsoft. Exceptions are:
Feel free to open a ticket and ask me to confirm successful delivery to them anytime. Not only do we have a flawless IP reputation with them, but 100% of their few feedback loop reports (messages that they filtered to spam folder or that their customers reported as spam) are legitimate and non spam emails. Which is fine, considering Microsoft’s own emails land in their own spam folder. Spam folder delivery isn’t always indicative of IP reputation but also over zealous content filters. This to say, I pour blood, sweat, and tears into my reputation with Microsoft. Almost everything we do for outbound mail has been in service of reputation with them (literally everyone else is easier). I stand by the result.
As far as @CrossBox goes I just pay the invoice for the most part. Feel free to use other mail apps if preferred.
I agree with @jar ending up in Junk at Microsoft operated domains isn't always a indication of poor IP reputation, if anything most of the time it due to quirks of their content filters even Microsoft own mail get dumped to junk.
My own suspicion there is a difference in how each MS own free domain (hotmail/live/outlook.*) spam filtering work I can send multiple emails same sender, subject and even sent from same IP to
hotmail/live/outlook address and it get filtered in different way 2 inbox 1 junk or 2 junk 1 inbox etc.
Even without sending my own test email if I just comparing my own inbox @live.com to other family member who got @hotmail address,@live is more aggressive at filtering emails to point where legitimate mail ends in junk and @hotmail legitimate mail ends up in inbox but obvious spam also ends up Inbox.
I honesty think their filters give more spam weight to their own live.* domains. Meaning their own domains trip their own spam filters harder.

not sure what mailchannels did today, but mailbaby has had a critical impact incident for 6-7 hours and going today
