I tested each template to verify they work, if it still is not working there is likely a MAC address issue and I will look into this. This is roughly the 3rd time this has happened, if it is a MAC issue.

This is exactly the issue. I will respond to your ticket in the next 10 minutes with a new MAC address. At which time you'd have two options. Reinstall or change MAC address from old to new. Personally I'd just reinstall if you have nothing setup yet. I will also be changing your start date to today for the trouble.

I changed the MAC address as provided from MCHPhil and it is working now. Should be green light now for you, I guess.
Edit: Running out-of-the-box now after reinstall, too. Great!
