    They allow port 2525:

Nice. I will use mxroute for smtp relay with 2525. I am currently using them for other purposes with some of my domains emails anyway. Clouvider support told me to find a provider with unconventional ports like 2525 and mxroute is my friend here too. Thanks! :)

I attempted to establish a WordPress website using Clouvider, but encountered frequent failures on the user registration page. After investing a considerable amount of time, I discovered that Clouvider has blocked the 465/587 SMTP ports, resulting in the inability to send emails. Upon contacting customer support, they explicitly stated that their service cannot send emails.

if you can use AWS SES they support non standard ports, or any of the mainstream relay services give the option

Your title is misleading. For building a website, you don't need 465/587 port. What you need is 443 , and port 80. And for email you can use any email provider and use their smpt to configure mail. there are lot of providers like send grid, brevo etc that gave free tier to start with for using smpt email service.

I use it with mailbaby on a different port.

Is it worth a ticket to see if they will unblock using mailbaby or 3rd party.
