Amazing … 13.44 changed to 15.12 by typing 5 in place of 3.
If you look at both flash sales pricing, you will understand where I made mistake.
However, this deal is no longer available; the one in need understood and purchased.

The promotion percentage messed things up. The $13.44 price was with using 44% coupon on $24, but the correct number $15.12 came with 37%.
@balramm probably used the wrong coupon for the US plan. Now, both plans (US and India) of differing non-discounted prices come with the same discounted price - $15.12.
He should've just used 40% or something for both of them.
I made both coupons at once and saved them in Notepad; this is where I messed up; though the price 13.44 was correct, that is what I wanted to offer, but somehow, I pasted/typed Indian vps pricing. (This is why proofreading is important. )
