Yesterday, I received an invoice from them and decided to visit their website — but it wasn’t working. I went to check reviews and found this thread. Got really upset (I have an important server with them). However, the server is still WORKING (for now)!!!
I thought I should back everything up. Then I decided to email him (we had communicated before). To my surprise, he replied in about 15 minutes!
He said everything is fine and suggested clearing the cache or trying a different browser.
I cleared the cache, launched the browser using a different IP (via proxy), and amazingly — it worked!
I’m not defending him in any way (there are plenty of bad reviews about him online), but as of RIGHT NOW — the website is working.

You should be in LET jail for both necroing and not having a backup for an important server.
